At Vaarahi Fashions, we take utmost care in checking every product before dispatch.

📦 Return/Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective
• A wrong item was delivered

To be eligible, customers must:

• Send us a 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
• Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery

Without proper video proof, no requests will be accepted.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer for exchanges, unless the error was on our end.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Color or pattern variations due to lighting or display settings
• Size issues, unless it’s a completely incorrect item sent
• Items purchased under special discounts or clearance sales
